Welcome to our First Blog ....

Let’s start with a huge hello—and thank you so much for popping over to our blog and taking a little time to read it with us xx

We’d love to introduce ourselves: Champagne & Ginger is run by Jo (me) and Jane (Mum). We’ve always shared a love for all things home and interiors, and we’re both happiest when we’re creating, styling, or giving something a new lease of life—whether that’s proper DIY or simply “GIAGG” (Give It A Good Go!).

Mum has a background in fashion and was once a fabulous window dresser, as well as a talented seamstress—often making a new outfit every weekend. More recently, she ran Brickshed Studios, building a loyal following across the UK and even in America through her craft fairs.

As for me, I’ve always leaned into the creative side too—from redesigning my bedroom growing up to transforming our home, and running my Etsy shop, Meadowbeck Interiors, selling handmade home décor.

All of this has led us to Champagne & Ginger—a lifelong dream that we’re so proud to finally bring to life together.

Since opening in September 2023, our customers have been at the heart of everything we do. We carefully curate pieces for every taste and budget—from statement mirrors, lamps, and furniture to unique French and vintage finds. Our aim is to help you create a home that feels beautifully layered, blending old and new with that cosy, country-chic charm.

This year, we’re also excited to support local artisan makers across Lincolnshire by offering a dedicated space in our shop each month. It’s our way of sharing the love—helping promote their passion and bringing their work to a wider audience.

Our featured maker for May is Victoria Lally—we’ll be sharing more very soon so you can see the beautiful pieces she’ll have available in the shop.
